The Felting Tour Retreat

Spend 9 days/8 nights with me, exploring all of my favourite places in Shetland, meeting special people- artists, makers and crofters. We’ll spend 3 full days felting in our gorgeous studio location, working with Shetland wool in all its forms, from raw fleece to rovings, to traditional fair isle knitwear and lace to printed cloth, as well as found treasures!  I’ll be hosting 5 of these retreats each summer, with 2  of them having spaces for spouses/partners with some extra activities in mind for them for our felting days so they can make the most of their time on the islands. This is a very full, well rounded experience of all things Shetland! 

8 participants maximum

• Maximum of 10 participants.
• Single rooms:  $7350 CAD (Approximately £3950 GBP, or $5275 USD, depending on daily exchange rate)
• Shared rooms: $6850 CAD (Approximately £3650 GBP, or $4925 USD, depending on daily exchange rate)
• Shared Room w/ accompanying partners: $12150 CAD ($6850 + $5300)
  • (Approximately £6500 GBP, or $8725 USD, depending on daily exchange rate)
  • (note: there are spaces available for partners/travel companions in June and September only. At this time, when partners/spouses come on the retreats, they are included in all the tours and outings. We don’t have any spaces available just as accommodation only)
